DnD Gadgets provides web-based tools for running fifth-edition-compatible tabletop games, to subscribers, on a monthly basis. It is operated by a company registered in the United States.
One account per person. Sign-in is by Google or by emailed link, so keep control of the mailbox you sign up with — anyone with access to it has access to the account.
Cancel from your account page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Ask within 30 days of a charge and it is refunded, without a reason and without an argument.
Your campaign material is yours — your party, your NPCs, your generated images. We claim no ownership of it and make no use of it beyond running the service for you.
The tables, generators and interface are ours. Use them at your table freely; don't republish them as your own.
Don't share an account across a group, resell access, scrape the tables in bulk, or use the generators to produce material that is illegal or that harasses someone. Any of those can end an account, with a refund of the unused period.
Honestly: one person maintaining a small product. There is no uptime guarantee and no support SLA. What there is, is a real email address and a refund if it isn't working for you. The service is provided as-is, and liability is limited to what you have paid in the last twelve months.

If these terms change materially, subscribers get an email before it takes effect, and a cancellation costs nothing.
